We went to another store first and almost bought a new mattress for our small bedroom.. Luckily we decided to try Bob's before making a final decision. The salesperson, Katherine, was wonderful. No pressure. Very knowledgeable. We ended up saving $300 and got a better mattress. Highly recommend!!

I was greeted at the door by Katy Athans she was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs in picking the right furniture. Lisa L was a wonderfully patient sales associate. The item I wanted was discontinued and she spent time with me checking and looking for a replacement for that item. She answered all of my questions and explained things fully. Great experience at this store.

Staff was very helpful with any questions and responsive. Selections are somewhat limited and have no option to buy online with acceptance now program but it was easy to sign up and is a good option for those looking to build credit. I'd recommend this location to others in the future. Thoroughly went over sale at every level as compared to many other retailers in any business. Felt comfortable and safe with my purchase.
