Tried to ask for a helping hand from this laundromat and see who serviced their machines. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and said who serviced their machines was, "confidential?" Tried to call back to see if I could talk to her boss/owner and she immediately picked-up and hung-up.
Small business, parking is in the rear and can be a problem. Plus you have to climb some steep steps. Otherwise not bad.
