I love Aersoles and have been their customer for over 5+ years. I mostly shopped online since there were no stores near by me. So imagine my excitement finding out that now I can go to a store near me and try the shoes I liked instead of hoping they are ok once delivered in the mail. Well, today was my second visit to the new store - another disappointment. Didn't want to write a bad review on the first visit hoping everything is still new, but few months have passed since. As on my first visit - the store was very messy and cluttered, not at all presentable (hard to believe it, but even worse than my first visit); the staff is preoccupied gossiping about life matters and customers are treated as nuisance interrupting them; no one offers help and as before all mirrors were covered with boxes so you can't even see how the shoes look on you. I mentioned this to the staff - all your mirrors are covered, they scoffed and let you deal with it. Not what I would expect from the brand.
It's a hit or miss store. I was looking for flats or sandals at a reasonable price. I could not find anything stylish. The sales were not the greatest. It was okay. Disappointed. Don't expect to find anything on the website in the store
