We were having family over for the weekend and our old tub sprung some leaks from improper winterization. We went to ocean spray to see what they could do and after speaking with Joe and being shown all the options, we ended up with a new hot springs prodigy at a great price. Not only that, but after explaining our situation, they agreed to deliver it next day, on a holiday weekend. Was definitely a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe even called us well after the sale was completed to see if there were any problems or concerns with our tub and to wish us a happy holiday. I was really impressed with that alone!!! My wife and I use it all the time and we are pleased and delighted that we made the correct decision to purchase our tub from Joe at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs.
Had a very positive experience with Ocean Spray and would recommend. Joe in sales is extremely knowledgeable and patient without being pushy. Made lots of helpful recommendations along the way, including where to place the tub in our backyard. Delivery and installation were problem-free. Very responsive and accessible throughout the process. Based on some price checking I did, I feel like we got a fair price too. We've had the tub for a few months and the family loves it.
