Beware the Bait and Switch. Their website is not a true indicator of availability. I put a particular size unit on 'hold' and when I got there an hour later was told they didn't have it. Asked if a particular unit configuration was available and they couldn't give me a simple yes or no answer. Go to Life Storage.

Nasty attitudes and the locked us out of storage for no reason! We paid the 4th its now the 22nd my sons meds are in there! They will be giving me a free month or I'm leaving
They have someone on the phone who is a very nasty person who you wouldn't want to deal with at all. If there was a 9 star this would be the place
