My girlfriend and her family were recently looking for a new Jet Ski for the summer, they went down to Honda of riverhead and Vic went above and beyond by helping them pick out what ski would be the perfect fit for them, and made sure that my girlfriend was educated on the ski and everything before leaving to ensure her safety when she puts it in the water. Excellent customer service, both the sales team and talented mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Vic and Brian are easy to work with and were very accommodating and sensitive to my needs. Vic gave me a great deal on my 2015 Slingshot trade-in for a 2018 model. We love our new Slingshot SLR and I would not trust anyone else with it other than Honda of Riverhead!

My husband and I were purchasing a wave runner from another dealer but they had no double trailers. My husband ended up cancelling his deal with the other company and purchased a trailer and a PCW. He asked me to go with him to do paperwork and I decided on the spot at 4:30pm I wanted one. The place was closing in 1/2 hour and they offered to stay and I left with a brand new one also. This team is awesome and my salesman Vic was outrageous!!!! Thank you again for everything!! We will be back in the winter to purchase myself a side by side!!!
I do my research to the point of it took me months to purchase a quad. I first wanted a used one but the resale market is way to high. So high it was cheaper to just buy a new one. Honda ATV of Riverhead has awesome Google reviews for a reason! My salesperson Vic was awesome. I knew most of the info from my research but he never tried to oversell me he knew his product up and down and didn't hit me with "extra fees" that the other ones in Riverhead do! Do your own research but it its doesn't lead you to Honda ATV of Riverhead you did something wrong. Give Vic a raise! 2018 Polaris Quad with plow!
