Such an amazing critical care facility!! My sisters dog was anemic and in rough shape. All the doctors, techs, assistants and receptionists were super nice and quick to get treatment started which included a blood transfusion. A very scary moment for pet owners, we were all a crying mess concerned about our boy and everyone at East End helped to calm us down and make us feel better. They truly care and make you and your pets feel like family. They saved our dogs life and I couldnt be more grateful!!
That place overprice . I dont recommend anyone to go there . People are nice but it is too much dollars for the service. There other vet better service then them .
The best experience. They saved my dog when other places gave me a run around on what I should do. Iove these guys all the assistants techs docs reception go above and beyond. They not only saved my dog but saved the family. They were great with calling me explaining everything to my wife constantly because she was freaking out as well as made me feel like family and treated my dog like family. They really do care and I will recommend them to everyone!! Thank you for all your hard work!!
I brought my dog here for an EMERGENCY at 6:30 in the morning. I even called ahead of time and they knew I was coming. I walked in and they had me in the waiting room for a good 20 to 25 minutes before finally putting me in a room. Once we got into the room the nurse instead of assessing my dog immediately started asking me questions like how old is my dog, what does he eat regularly how much does he weigh etc. I was there for an EMERGENCY. I had to stop her in the middle and ask her to please FIRST take a look at my dog before we go any further with the questions! I have taken my dog to the Animal Medical Center in manhattan for an emergency and they take them in and see them RIGHT AWAY before asking any questions. It's not as if I was there for a regular checkup. To add insult to injury once she did finally look at the dog she then left us in a tiny room for another 25 minutes until the actual doctor finally came to see my dog. He was nice enough but the whole wait time and behavior of the staff including the receptionist for an emergency was unacceptable. I hope nobody ever has only this facility as a choice if they are having a pet emergency. Please find an alternative.
Its my job but i work here cuz they took such wonderful care of my baby girl.
